The Corpus Christi Police Department is asking for the public's help in apprehending two men who are wanted by authorities.

Ricardo Zamora, 42, is wanted for sexual abuse of a child. Lt. Ashly Isaacs, with the Nueces County Sheriff’s Department, said Zamora should be considered dangerous.

“He may have left town a week ago, but he could still be in the area. By putting his picture out there, we're hoping someone will recognize him and contact us,” Isaacs said. “We don't know if he has a weapon or not, but with these types of crimes, with their state of mind, they can turn violent.”

Zamora is wanted for allegedly committing continuous sexual abuse of a child, which Isaacs said occurred over the course of more than a year. Zamora is described as a Hispanic male, with brown eyes and hair, 5 foot 6 inches in height and weighing 215 pounds.

Also on the most wanted list is Marcus Robledo, 41. Robledo was recently reindicted on a theft charge and failed to appear in court, Isaacs said. He is wanted for theft and failure to appear in court. Isaccs said those with information on the whereabouts of either Zamora or Robledo should immediately contact the Crime Stoppers hotline at (361) 888-8477.
