Investigators with the Corpus Christi Police Department Robbery-Homicide Division are still working on the case of two men who robbed a Sonic Resturant on July 11.
The police are asking for the publicís help in apprehending two men suspected in the robbery. No arrests have been made, CCPD Lt. Michael Alanis said.
The robbery took place in the 13900 block of Northwest Bulevard in Calallen. The storeís general manager was walking to her vehicle after closing the Sonic and saw two male subjects approach her in the parking lot.
The two men allegedly pushed the woman against her vehicle and demanded the bank deposit bags she was holding. One suspect is described as wearing dark pants and a long sleeve sweater. He was carrying a Taser type weapon. The second suspect wore a mask, dark pants and a dark shirt. He was holding a semi automatic handgun. Both men left on foot into the River Ridge neighborhood. The victim was not injured. Police do not know how much money was contained in the deposit bags.
