A Corpus Christi woman who resides in an Annaville apartment complex accused the facilityís manager of pulling a gun on her after a verbal argument on Sunday, police said.

Officers with the Corpus Christi Police Department arrived at Westwood Apartments, in the 9800 block of La Branch St. just after 2 p.m. in response to a call about a disturbance in progress involving a weapon. According to the police report, officers spoke with a 31-year-old woman who told them the apartment manager had threatened her with a gun.

The woman reportedly told police she and the 46-year-old man had argued prior to the incident about the womanís children playing in the parking lot, during which the manager threatened her with eviction.

According to the report, the victim told officers the man walked to his 2001 Porsche Boxster and pulled out a firearm.

The suspectís girlfriend, however, exited the vehicle and stopped him. The two reportedly left the scene in the vehicle, but returned after police arrived on the scene.
