The Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps Warrior Company of Tuloso-Midway High School recently held its Annual Military Inspection.

All cadets from TMHS and Robstown High School were required to participate in the March 31 event, which included a uniform inspection and drill performance for every member of the unit.

The inspecting officer was Cdr. James M. Hale, NJROTC Area 10 Manager (all NJROTC units in Texas). The NJROTC unit passed all phases of the inspection with grades of "Outstanding."

The following cadets also received a "Circle Ten" medal for outstanding performance during the inspection: Douglas Castillo, Kevin Crow, Annamarie Falcon, Joshua Fernandez, Juan Garcia, Mariah Garza, Marcus Kellogg, Vanessa Leal, Jamie Longoria, Ami Lyons, Juan Marquez, Weston McNew, Cinthia Muraira, Stephanie Razo, Maclovio Reyes Jr., Matthew Rocha, Joshua Tristan, Forrest Turman, Carlos Vazquez and Viktorya Villarreal

The cadets of Charlie Platoon were also recognized as the "Honor Platoon" for their outstanding demonstration of military drill during the inspection. The commander of Charlie Platoon is Cadet Lieutenant (Junior Grade) Andrew Pinder.
