St. Anthony School Teacher and staff were honored on May 5 with a luncheon.
They were served barbecue chicken, baked potatoes with all the trimmings and corn-on-the-cob. The event was hosted by St. Anthony School Parent Involvement for Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week.
During an assembly, Fr. Dennis Walsh offered prayer for the students, parents, school, faculty and for the meal.
Teachers and staff were awarded with gold crystal pendants by St. Anthony School Principal Sr. Maria Paz Aribon O.P and Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools Nannette Quintanilla-Hatch. Entertainment was provided by the St. Anthony School eighth-grade class.
