Texas A&M University-College Station named its honor students for the spring 2009 semester, recognizing them for outstanding academic performance.

The Dean's Honor Roll recognizes students taking at least 15 semester hours during the spring semester who have maintained a 3.75 or higher grade point average out of a possible 4.0.

A second designation, Distinguished Student, recognizes those who earned a 3.5 to 3.74 GPR while taking at least 15 hours for the spring semester.

Among those recognized from Robstown were:

Katherine Olivia Harris, Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies, distinguished; Theodoro Jesus Blanco, Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering, distinguished.

Katrina E. Co, a resident of Corpus Christi, was recently named to the Dean's List at Boston University for the Spring 2009 semester.
