Robstown police have arrested a 20-year-old man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in a local hotel.

Sgt. Enrique Paredez Jr. said the mother of the victim contacted police after a family member noticed suspicious marks on the girl's body. After being questioned by a relative, the teenager said the marks were allegedly made by Patrick Ryan Emanuel after he reportedly took her to a local motel to have sex.

A warrant was issued for Emanuel on Thursday and deputies with the Nueces County Sheriff's Department helped arrest him, since his place of residence is on a county road. He was transported to the Nueces County Jail and held on a $25,000 bond on one count of sexual assault of a child.

Paredez said the department is asking for other potential victims that Emanuel may have assaulted in the past to come forward.

"We want them to come to us if they have information on this individual," Paredez said.

Anyone who would like to come forward and speak to police is asked to contact the Robstown Police Department at (361) 387-3531.
