ROBSTOWN - Juanita Betancourt Trevino, 90, was called home by our Lord and Savior on May 13, 2017. She was born on May 05, 1927 in Laredo, Texas to Marcos and Flora Valenzuela Betancourt. She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in Robstown, Texas. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Encarnacion “Chon” Trevino; her daughter, Thelma Trevino; three brothers, two step-brothers, and one step-sister.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories to her children, Delia (Ruben) Fuentes, Dalia Trevino Mahurin, Noelia Trevino, Jose Alberto “Albert” Trevino, and Dwayne Malo Trevino. She was also blessed with nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and all the providers and nurses from St. Benedicts that loved and cared for Juanita throughout the years.
A rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown, Texas. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, Texas.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Trevino, Paul Garcia, Mark Garcia, Noel Trevino and Leeroy Saldivar.
