Jackie Sullivan, 80, of Corpus Christi, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008 after a courageous battle with Parkinson's.

She was born on April 10, 1927 in Taft to Thurman J. and Jessie Harwell. She was a switchboard operator and retired from the Corpus Christi Police Department. She enjoyed deer hunting.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, J.C. Sullivan; son, Jack "Cowboy" Reagan; and brother, Ronnie Harwell.

She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Thompson; her daughter-in-law, Verna Reagan; her brother, Billy Gee Harwell, all of Corpus Christi; her three sisters, Johnnie Arwood of Grapevine, Judy (Gale) Harrison of Tyler, and Arretta Bockholt of New Braunfels; six grandchildren, Danny Lynn (J.J.) Thompson of Del Rio, D'Ann Moore of Corpus Christi, Sharra (Bruce) Wofford of White Oak, Jackie (Brad) Hill of Waco, Truman Reagan of Corpus Christi, and Kaiona Villegas of Arizona; and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, April 11, in the Sawyer-George Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery in San Patricio.
