Deborah "Debbie" McDaniel, 54, of Corpus Christi died on Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2009 at her home after a long illness.

She was born July 21, 1955 in Sinton to Thomas Gerald Roe and Minnie Bell Goodwin Roe. She was employed as a bank teller and was an active member of Annaville Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Gerald Roe.

She is survived by her son, Jason (Kearney) Rogers; her daughter, Jennifer Rogers; her mother, Minnie Bell Roe; her sisters, Darla Baxter and Karla (Mike) Coker; her brother, William Roe; her grandchildren, Trevor and Sadi Rogers, Montana and Hayden Ozan, Ben, Mitchell and Matt Kocurek; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 6, in Annaville Baptist Church with Brother Robert Simmons officiating. Burial followed in Robstown Memorial Park.

Pallbearers were Jason Rogers, William Roe, Jacob Baxter, John Coker, Jimmy Wilkey and George Edwards. Honorary pallbearers were Mike Coker, Samuel Shearer, Chester Pakebusch, Charlie Speegle, Richard Smith and David Shell.

In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make memorial donations to Annaville Baptist Church, 4025 Violet Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78410.
