There are three facets to each successful football team: offense, defense, and special teams.

The importance of the third facet is often an after thought, but has often come back to bite teams or be the difference in their victories. In a close battle against Odessa, return man Schuyler Anderson, this week's Intense Football League Player of the Week, brought back a 31-yard kick-off setting up excellent field position for his offensive teammates to get a go ahead score.

He also showed his athleticism on a botched extra point attempt. After a bad snap, kicker Rene Vasquez pitched the ball to Anderson who acts as the teams holder as well.

He juked his way through multiple tackle attempts and crossed the endzone for a two point score.

In total, he accumulated 79 yards on his four kick returns to along with the two point conversion.
