Tuloso-Midway ISD held a groundbreaking ceremony Monday evening for their new high school athletic complex.

The facility will be the new home for T-Mís baseball and softball fields. The project is projected to be completed in time for the 2014 spring semester seasons.

The Warriors baseball team played their home games at Fairgrounds Field in Robstown last season.

The complex will also include a dome to house athletic locker rooms and offices.

Already completed at the site is a new football practice field.
