Members of Nueces Electric Cooperative are being given a rare opportunity that most do not have with their electric companies - NEC is asking for their voice.

Printed copies of the survey are available at Nueces Electric Cooperative offices located in Robstown, Ricardo and Ben Bolt or you can call 1.800.632.9288 and have one mailed to you. The deadline to receive all responses is Friday, Sept. 6.

As a Member-owned electric cooperative, NEC is democratically controlled by its Members and is a business where feedback is not simply a catch phrase. At NEC, member feedback prompts action."We pride ourselves in upholding high standards of customer service and quality," says Nueces Electric Cooperative CEO, John Sims.  "Year after year we experience tremendous Member loyalty, with an average approval rating of 90 percent of our Members indicating they are satisfied with the Co-op and the Co-op is meeting their needs.  We believe this allegiance is what sets cooperatives apart from a investor owned utility. The survey takes approximately two to three minutes to complete and asks for feedback on several operation elements including customer service, reliability and communications.
