A 29-year-old man was arrested Friday for shooting a handgun on the 2900 block of Figueroa Street after two people told his girlfriend to slow her driving.
A 33-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman reported to the Corpus Christi Police that they saw a gray 2005 Dodge Neon speed past their home several times and the 33-year-old man yelled at the car to slow down.
The 33-year-old man said the car stopped, and 29-year-old Joe Limon (12/29/1983) got out of the passenger side of the car and pointed a pistol at the man and woman. The 33-year-old man said Limon got back into the car and discharged several shots before leaving the area.
Corpus Christi Police went to the 4600 block of Sharpsburg and located Limon, then arrested Limon for Deadly Conduct.
Limon was delivered to the city detention center.
