Felicitas Moreno, 70, entered eternal life Sunday evening, November 17, 2013, at Odyssey Hospice. She was lifetime resident of Robstown, Texas. She had worked for Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital for 35 years and retired. Mrs. Felicitas Moreno was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, in Robstown, for over four years. In addition, an active member of services and a member of the Guadalupanas at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, for many years.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Baldemar Moreno, one daughter, Corina Bitting (John Bitting), two grandchildren, Ryan Rodriguez and Ryanna Rodriguez, two sisters, Otila Vega and Andrea Ortegon (Daniel Ortegon), and one brother, Issac Salas, and numerous nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
The family would like thank all the staff, especially Karen Martin, who took such great care of Mrs. Moreno at Odyssey Hospice.
A Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 and Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Ramon Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, November 22, 2013 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memorial Park in Robstown.
Pallbearers will be her nephews, Alfred Vega III, James Vega, Daniel Ortegon Jr., Steve Moreno, Christopher Moreno, and Richard Moreno.
