KINGSVILLE, Texas – Texas A&M-Kingsville golf co-head coaches Alessandra and Mark Dominguez have announced the signing of Brittany Rodriguez to a National-Letter-of-Intent during the fall signing period.
Rodriguez joins the Javelinas from Moody High School in Corpus Christi where she played for Rudy Valdez. Rodriguez, who has a career average of 77 during her high school career, was a first-team, all-district selection and all-academic choice in 2011-13. She was second in the district as an individual in 2012-2013 while helping her team to three straight district titles. She has a career-best score of 73 for 18 holes.
The Javelinas return to the course for the spring portion of their season on Feb. 10 when they travel to Laredo for Jack Brown Memorial Golf Tournament.
