Carmen Rodriguez Rosales, 82, entered eternal life surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 8, 1931 in Woodsboro, Texas to Juan and Sara Saiz Rodriguez. She was a Catholic and a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas. Carmen will always be remembered for her loving ways and gentle smile. She will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.
She goes home to reunite with her parents, and one brother Reynaldo Rodriguez whom preceded her in death.
The family she lives behind to cherish her memory is her husband of 65 years, Demetrio Rosales, and her children, Domingo (The late Delma) Rosales, San Juanita (Albert) Salinas, Rosa (Gilbert) Valdez, Guadalupe (Albert) Guzman, Minerva (The late Isidro) Mungia, Demetrio (Patricia) Rosales, Jr., and Anita Rosales. She is also survived by one brother, Melchor (Maria) Rodriguez. Carmen was blessed and adored by her 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Holy rosary was recited at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Ramon Funeral Home. The funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas. Interment will followed at Memorial Park Cemetery in Robstown, Texas.
