On Wednesday, Mar. 26, Robstown ISD offered students the chance to find the right technical or professional training and talk to potential employers all in one place!
Employers and college representatives were on hand at the Robstown ISD College & Career Fair on Wednesday, Mar. 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. to answer any questions students may have had.
Participating colleges/employers included Texas A&M Corpus Christi; The Art Institute of Austin; Robstown Emergency Medical Services; Texas A&M Kingsville; Craft Training Center of the Coastal Bend; Amistad Community Health; Texas A&M College Station; U.S. Army; Christus Health Plan; University of Texas at San Antonio; U.S. Army National Guard; Wells Fargo Banking; University of Texas at Austin; U.S. Coast Guard; Balfour Merchandise; University of Houston—Victoria; U.S. Navy; Dental Quest ; Del Mar College; NCCAA Early Head Start Center; United Health Care' Coastal Bend College; Robstown Fire Department; Robstown Police Department; Nueces County Health Department; Kaplan College.
The College & Career Fair was a free event and was open to the public. Door prizes were given out throughout the night, and food and drinks were provided by HEB and Ainsworth Trucking. Balfour Merchandise were also be available for viewing.
