The City of Corpus Christi Capital Programs hosted a public meeting to discuss and gather feedback in preparation of a future Bond election street improvement project along Old Robstown Road from State Highway 44 to Leopard Street.
The public meeting was an opportunity for stakeholders in and around the project to ask questions and voice concerns regarding the design of this project.
Interested citizens attended the open house at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 18 at Ben Garza Gym, 1815 Howard Street. Discussion follow about 6 p.m.
The project design will include improvements in paving conditions, curb and gutter, storm water drainage, water distribution, wastewater collection, ADA-compliant pedestrian facilities, pavement markings and signage.
A brief description and time schedule of the project was presented. The Design Engineers and City Project Manager were available to answer questions.
