Julia Maria Ortiz Arias, 58, went to be with our Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 21, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born on September 24, 1955 in Vernon, Texas to Gilberto and Antonia Martinez Ortiz. She leaves behind a legacy of love and service to God and to the community. She was a great woman who was humble and always ready to help anyone in need. She now goes home to reunite with her father, Gilberto Ortiz and her loving husband, Armando Arias, Sr., sisters-in-law, Lupita Garza and Santos Arias. May the angels receive her into Paradise and present her to God the Most High.
