Beginning Friday oct. 24 the YWCA of Corpus Christi will be having their annual Yuletide Market. The event will be held at the American Bank Center in the Watergarden Room.

The event will feature diverse merchants with items that appeal to men women and children. Items will include holiday gifts, hand-crafted pieces, and original works of art.

So far over 40 merchants have signed up to be at the event and aside from shopping there will be other activities to take part in. There will be a raffle and 2 lucky winners will get the price of 12 gift certificates from local restaurants.

Also during the weekend event there will be a ship and sip mixer with a cash bar and entertainment provided by the scarecrow people. In addition there will also be a silent auction with over 90 donated items and the auction will close on Friday evening.

On Oct. 24 there will also be a luncheon in which Caroline Boudreaux of the Miricle Network will speak on the abundance of sharing. The cost of the luncheon will be 65$ per person.

To attend the Yuletide market shopping event tickets are currently on sale for 5$ and 4$ for Seniors and Military. The event will continue through Saturday until 3 P.M.
