Fayuca will be performing at the House of Rock this Thursday. Fayuca is a three- peice PUNK ROCK/ REGGAE band from Phoenix, Arizona. The bands style is rooted in REGGAE/ DUB, with SUBLIME and RX BANDITS cited as heavy influences. There is an obvious SPANISH influence in the band's music as well. In 2004, FAYUCA released their debut album, WALK WEST, on local punk rock label LOCK AND KEY RECORDS. By their second release in 2005 (BLACK MARKET) FAYUCA began to build serious momentum through consistent touring; And the release of "THE ASSASSINATION" in 2009 was well worth the wait! Ghost the Musical will be performed on Friday at the Aurora Arts Theater. The musical follows Sam & Molly, a young couple whose connection takes a shocking turn after Sam's untimely death. Trapped between two worlds, Sam refuses to leave Molly when he learns she is in grave danger. In this story of undying love, Sam desperately tries to communicate with Molly to warn her of the danger that surrounds her. Ultimately, Sam turns to Ode Mae Brown, a storefront psychic who helps him protect Molly. This MUSICAL, nominated for 3 Tony Awards, is sure to leave you believing in fate and everlasting love.

The Art House of Corpus Christi will have Family Art Time on Saturday at 10 A.M. The Saxet Gun and Knife Show will be returning to the Richard M. Borchard Fairgrounds in Robstown where a great number of dealers will be selling everything from firearms to home decor and even handmade preserves. The event will be held Saturday and Sunday.

The Selena Auditorium will be host to Firebird and Other Works on Saturday. CC Concert Ballet presents The Firebird and Other Works Tickets: $20 - $35 plus fees. In return for her freedom she gives Prince Ivan a magic feather, which later helps the Prince to rescue his beloved Tsarevna from the monster Kostchei. This enchanting ballet of an old Russian legend teaches that good triumphs over evil! Note: This ballet will showcase beautiful costumes from the original Firebird production performed by the Paris Opera Balletís in 1910.
