It’s never too early to register to make sure you get the classes you want. Individuals planning to take Del Mar College credit courses during the summer or to get a jumpstart registering for the fall semester can do so beginning Monday, April 6.

Summer I registration for 6- and 12-week classes will continue through Wednesday, May 20. For 5-, 9- and 10-week classes, registration continues through Wednesday, June 3.

Individuals can register for summer II and fall semester courses, too.

Students already in the College’s system who have more than 24 credit hours can go to WebDMC, a one-stop-shop for all DMC students’ registration needs and other services, including checking their financial aid status and paying for courses, among other services. Access WebDMC by going to

Students with less than 24 credit hours must meet with an advisor in order to have their advising hold removed prior to registering for courses. College officials strongly recommend that students with more than 24 credit hours meet with departmental advisors to ensure they have correct course selection and a timely pathway to graduation.

First class day for 6-week and 12-week classes is Tuesday, May 26. The College will be closed Monday, May 25, inobservance of Memorial Day.

State law from Senate Bill 62 requires that all new incoming students age 21 or younger or those students who have not been enrolled at Del Mar College for at least one full semester but wish to return show proof of a meningitis vaccination at least 10 days prior to the first day of classes.
