Join Corpus Christi Mayor Nelda Martinez, members of the Mayor’s Advisory Board on Community PRIDE and C.C. Disposal volunteers as they clean-up the Agnes-Laredo corridor. The event will take place Saturday, June 6th at 9:00 a.m. underneath the freeway located at 1632 Agnes Street.

As part of the Mayor’s commitment for a lasting partnership with the Westside neighborhood, the group will paint, prune and pick-up litter. Known as a beauty spot in Corpus Christi with its unique handmade tiles and colorful columns, the Agnes-Laredo Corridor is a popular spot for visitors and patrons to visit. It has been a little over a year since the area has been repainted and volunteers will help to spruce it up.

If you would like to volunteer, contact Celina Pulcher, the Solid Waste Operations’ Program Outreach Coordinator at (361) 826-1655 or or register online at Volunteers will receive a free T-shirt and lunch.
