Odilia Flores De Los Santos, 86, was born on March 11, 1929 to Paz Flores and Manuela Leal Flores; and went to the Lord on August 22, 2015. Odilia married Manuel De Los Santos on December 8, 1946 in Robstown, Texas and enjoyed 50 years of loving marriage. After her husband was injured in the explosion at the Port of Corpus Christi grain elevator in 1981, she devoted her life as the caretaker to him for 16 years. As the matriarch, Odilia helped raise her 10 grandchildren as well as celebrated the lives of her 13 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Manuel De Los Santos and son, Manuel “Memito” De Los Santos; her parents, Paz and Manuela Flores; as well as her siblings, Oralia (Oscar) Chapa, Ofilia (Ralph) Rodriguez, Rodolfo (Elvira) Flores and Paz Flores, Jr.
She is survived by her three children, Alberto (Toni) De Los Santos, Adelina (Pedro) Maldonado of Robstown, Texas; and Margarita (Daniel) Elizondo of Orange Grove, Texas; her grandchildren, Daniel (Michelle) Elizondo of Alice, Texas; Jose (Victoria)Elizondo of Orange Grove, Texas; Tanya (Elias) Olmeda, Bianca (Robert) Silguero, M. Christina Maldonado and Victoria Manuela Maldonado of Robstown, Texas; Alberto (Rebecca) De Los Santos, Javier (Elsa) De Los Santos, Angelica Maldonado, Catrina De Los Santos (fiancé Thomas Mireles) of San Antonio, Texas; her siblings, Robert (Odilia) Flores of Corpus Christi, Texas; and Ofelia Avalos of San Antonio, Texas. In addition, she leaves behind 13 great grandchildren who loved her dearly.
The family desires to extend its heartfelt appreciation for the compassionate care of the nurses from Angel Bright Hospice.

Visitation will begin on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7 p.m. at Ramon Funeral Home Chapel in Robstown, Texas. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at St. John Catholic Church in Robstown, Texas with interment to follow in Robstown Memorial Park Cemetery.
