The Tuloso-Midway High School cross country boys and girls competed at the Round Rock McNeil XC Invitational Saturday in the final tune-up race of the season before the District 30-5A championships. The Lady Cherokees and Warriors displayed why they're the teams to beat this year as the girls turned in the performance of the season to win the 5A team title. The boys were led by individual champion, Ace Castillo, to a strong third-place showing.
