Richard M. Borchard regional fairgrounds will host the Nueces County Hurricane Preparedness Fair. This free Community Hurricane Preparedness Fair is a partnership between many organizations with a shared message of all hazards preparedness and will take place on June 30 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the fairgrounds located at 1213 Terry Shamsie Blvd. in Robstown.
There will be various presentations on preparedness from local experts including how to stay informed, where to get assistance, how to build a family emergency kit and what you need to know about hurricanes. There will also be activities, giveaways, food and prizes for the whole family!
