20th Annual “El Veterano” Festival will feature live music and special ceremonies in Robstown. The 20th Annual “El Veterano” Conjunto Festival will take place Sunday, Nov. 3 at the Columbian Civic Center also known as the KC Hall.

Held every year around Veterans Day in memory of Conjunto legend Eligio Escobar, the festival honors all veterans for their service to this country and also awards scholarships to young musicians on behalf of the Eligio Escobar Scholarship Fund.
