The Robstown Police Department is taking proactive measures to ensure the safety of the public with regards to COVID-19, and the extended Spring Breaks leaving minors with some extra free time.


RPD will enforce Code of Ordinances, Division 2. Nighttime Curfew, Section 8.02.031 which states it shall be unlawful for any person under the age of seventeen (17) years to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or be in or upon any public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, playgrounds, public places, public buildings, vacant lots or other unsupervised places between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. from Sunday through Thursday, inclusive, and between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday of any week.


Anyone found in violation of this ordinance will be cited.
