Amy Renee Hale of Northwest Corpus Christi, and Ace Walker of San Patricio were married on Oct. 20.
Amy is the daughter of Randy and Renee Hale of Corpus Christi, and the granddaughter of Jerry and Barbra Mathis of Northwest Corpus Christi, and Norma and RT Smith of Goliad. Ace is the son of Wade and Patty Walker of San Patricio, and the grandson of Judy and Ace Walker of Northwest Corpus Christi, and Darla and Butch Vickers of Sinton.
The ceremony was held at the Walker Ranch in San Patricio, officiated by Brother Bill Simmons of Riverhills Baptist Church.
Matron of Honor was Deena Poncik of Corpus Christi. Bridesmaids were Connie Graham (friend), Andrea Shomo (friend), Payton Walker (sister-in-law), and Carlee Hatfield (friend). They wore burgundy dresses and the flowers were burgundy and ivory roses.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The bride wore an ivory strapless beaded dress with a long train, and a veil with a diamond tiara.
The best man was the bridegroom's father, Wake Walker. Groomsmen were Kelby Bridwell (friend), Luis Resendez (friend), Chad Wauson (friend), and Billy Bob Chabot (friend).
Ushers were brothers-in-law Weldon Dietze and Scott Hale.
A reception was held at the Walker Ranch.
After a wedding trip to Florida, they will reside at Northwest Corpus Christi.
The bride is a graduate of Calallen High School and is employed with Sparkling City Auto Auction. The bridegroom is a graduate of Banquete High School, and a previous student of Blinn in College Station. He is employed with Sparkling City Auto Auction.
