The Robstown Area Development Commission's Board of Directors met Friday to swear in newly elected directors and nominate new officers.
The board held a swearing-in ceremony for Bobby Gonzalez, who was recently reelected to a three-year term.
Ray Hunt, who is a newly elected member of the RADC Board of Directors, was not present at the meeting.
Officer positions were also voted on and assigned, with Joe Kramer remaining president, Bobby Gonzalez serving as president-elect, Noel Aguilar as past president and Eddie Jackson-Mathis taking over the vacant treasurer seat.
The next scheduled meeting of the RADC Board of Directors will be June 19 at 7:30 a.m. in the Conference Center at the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds.
The Executive Committee will meet June 10 at 7:30 a.m. in the Wells Fargo Bank Building in Robstown.
