MVP

Grant Garza, Kingsville

Garza helped the Brahmas qualify for the Class 4A state tournament for the first time in program history as he put together one of his best rounds at the regional tournament in April. Garza had a two-day total of 152 at the regional tournament, including a 1-over 73 to help the Brahmas make history.

GIRLS

Jennifer Xac, Tuloso-Midway

Xac, the younger sister of former T-M golf star Kelly Xac, won the District 31-4A title, finished second in the Region IV-4A tournament and was 21st at the Class 4A state tournament, ending a successful career. The state appearance was the second for Xac as she qualified in 2019 and she was also salutatorian of her class.
